Many people judge success by how much money is in their savings account. The new car, the big house, the fancy stuff...he must be successful.

 

I've had jobs in the past where I made a lot of money for myself and for my company, but I was miserable. Was I a success? Not until I realized what true success really is. For me, success is defined by happiness. I enjoy what I do and have an opportunity to share my feelings with the world. I have strong relationships with friends, family and clients, all of whom help me along the way. I work hard and get compensated accordingly, but I have a life and interests outside of the office.
