The Sales and Marketing (SAM) Peer Advisory Groups provide sales professionals with a trusted and confidential setting with non-competing businesses that fosters learning, sharing and discovery. Members discuss issues that can make or break their success. They share hard-earned expertise and newly acquired ideas to help each other make better decisions and reach higher goals.

Each meeting gives members the opportunity to put their most critical strategic issues on the table for group discussion. The group chair leads the members through a specific format of issue definition, clarification, re-definition, and recommendations. Members use a special Issue Worksheet to prepare for the discussion.

The SAM Peer Group is tailored specifically to match the needs of salespeople who are on the front lines. Members gain an instant network of colleagues with new perspectives on how to grow their sales, set goals, learn strategic tactics for better sales, manage their lives, be accountable to each other, and help each other meet the tough challenges of always serving their clients with greater care and skill.

The Executive SAM (eSAM) Peer Group is similar to the SAM Peer Group but is designed specifically for executive level management, i.e. Directors of Sales, VP’s of Sales and Sales Executive Managers. The eSAM Group focuses on more complex issues at the executive level addressing overall company growth, defined or re-defined company goals, and any management, personnel or operational challenges. Members meet with up to 16 executives from non-competing industries.
