Jolene comes to us with over 14 years of customer service, marketing, bookkeeping, consulting and administrative experience.

Her professional experience includes Hewitt Associates where she started her career in customer service for their Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO) Team where she was a customer service representative. Jolene has also worked in the change management industry for LaMarsh & Associates, Inc.  A boutique Change Management company in Chicago where she was responsible for attendee registration and marketing for the firm. Also, Red Zone Marketing a marketing and management consulting firm in Grayslake Illinois where she was in charge of prospect follow-up and closing sales!

Along with her new role at Randolph Sterling, Jolene is also Marketing Director for Cadent Resources, Inc. a consulting and software solution provider in Arlington Heights, IL. Her main focus is on designing and improving marketing strategies for the company while helping to manage the sales and customer service processes. Acting as a funnel for the company she promotes awareness of the firm which in turn generates more business opportunities. Jolene is also employed by Jacquard Associates, Inc., a turnaround management firm where she began in the back office doing bookkeeping, marketing and miscellaneous administrative tasks which led into working directly with clients on a consulting basis with their cash flow management and customer service efforts.

Jolene’s volunteer experience includes The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Illinois where she was board administrator from 1998 – 2002.

Jolene has received her Associates degree in Business (Office Systems & Technology) from the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. Born and raised in the Lake County, IL. Jolene continues to reside there with her two boys, Preston (9) and Bryce (7) and her husband Mark.
